The personnel was friendly, and the owner too. The hotel was in an unbeatable and magnificent location so close to a lovely genuine couple Mark. It was within a close distance from Monte Carlo Snack Bar, serving fast food.

The staff was excellant, the room was recently decorated with a TV, a good sized private bathroom, as example. The hotel had ideal location very close to the seaside, center and the Rhyl train & bus station, still very quiet and the beach at the top of the road and 12 bus route to Llandudno at the other end of the road. Lucky that it was just a pleasant stroll away from Mcwalters Cafe, offering food to go.

Possibly the best and wonderful stay for 8 nights on a business trip. Unbeatable and excellent location just off Conwy, Caernarfon and the top of Snowdonia in one day, the Conwy valley and train station. Easy walk to Rhyl Pavilion Theatre. Everything was excellent, greatly enjoyed our superb stay. The stuff was lovely, welcoming. Our room was extremely spacious and huge with toiletries, tea and USB charging points, very good value for money. The food was appetising with a good choice of options. This accommodation was in the central location in the Conwy valley. Café Sidoli Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The hotel was located so close to taxis as well as the sea. I stayed in fabulous room with coffee and USB charging points plus shower products as expected. The food served was delicious. Room was large and met needs well. Breakfast was superb! Rhyl Islamic Centre and other tourist destinations were situated a short walk to this place. Honestly nothing to complain about.
